So today saw a little more excitement than usual for a Sunday. Lynsey had entered It's a Knock Out in aid of St. Leonards Hospice in York. All in all it was a great day - James loved seeing Mummy get up to all sorts of crazy things. I will not spoil it other than to say, have a look at the pictures and see what you think!
